Jane Goodall (1934-2025) - Ethologist & Humanitarian

We celebrate the life of Dame Jane Goodall DBE, the founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, UN Messenger of Peace, conservationist, and global advocate for human and animal rights. Her 26-year study of chimpanzees in their natural habitat was unprecedented, helping to reshape our understanding of evolution. Her work fought for the protection of their habitats and the welfare of those in captivity. Her legacy lives on through the Roots & Shoots conservation movement, which empowers young people to build a more sustainable future.
