Primatologist Jane Goodall

Dame Jane Goodall DBE and her love of primates led her to become a world expert on the lives on chimanzees in the wild. Her 26 year study of the animals in their natural habitat was unprecedented. She has also established the Jane Goodall Institute, and Roots & Shoots programmes to continue her lifes dedication to conservation and animal welfare. She broke through the barriers of sexism, and made incredible advances to scientific knowledge, wthout even a college education.

Activist Greta Thunberg

Greta began campaigning for climate change action at just 15. She has stunned audiences with her direct manner and passionate speeches. She has inspired millions around the world to strike, protest, and question the decisions of world leaders. She organised Fridays for Future a school climate strike, has won numerous awards, and even published a book. In the words of Greta, "no one is too small to make a difference."
